The Students’ Representative Council (SRC) of the Dambai College of Education (DACE) has successfully held its 13th SRC Week celebration under the theme “Empowering Future Leaders through Innovation and Discipline.”
The week-long event featured various activities including a health walk, debate competitions, talent shows, a beauty pageant, and a grand durbar.
Speaking at the grand durbar, the SRC President commended students for their active participation and urged them to maintain high moral standards as they prepare to become professional teachers.
The Principal of Dambai College of Education, in his address, encouraged students to take their studies seriously, emphasizing that the college continues to produce quality teachers who are making significant contributions to Ghana’s education sector.
Awards were presented to outstanding students in academics, sports, and leadership. The celebration ended with a colorful parade and a musical performance by students.
This annual SRC Week has become one of the major events on the college’s calendar, fostering unity, creativity, and leadership skills among trainee teachers.
