A new self-care trend called the “Sunday Reset Ritual” is gaining massive popularity among young Ghanaians.
The ritual typically involves meal prepping, cleaning, journaling, light exercise, and planning the week ahead. Many participants say it helps them reduce anxiety and feel more in control of their lives.
Social media influencer Maame Adwoa, who popularized the trend, said:
“Sunday is no longer just for church and family time. It’s now a day to reset your mind, body, and environment so you can start the week feeling calm and prepared.”
The trend has sparked thousands of videos on TikTok and Instagram under the hashtag #SundayResetGhana.
